At Pandora Consulting we can assist you with improving your business with either training, direct consulting or a total service package in several ways:
A - Business Process Optimisation , where we apply our unique "Fast Five"™ technique; a blend of Six Sigma (incorporating SPC and TQM), with TOC (Theory of Constraints) and Lean 'Manufacturing'.
B - New Product Innovation, which uses our unique DBS system allowing the creativity techniques of de Bono's Six Hats, TRIZ and others to be leveraged more effectively.
C - Project Management, where we can either improve you ability to deliver projects, or take on a specific project.
Pandora Consulting is a vibrant consultancy with a background in creating, design, implementing and improving products and processes.
We concentrate on the SME sector, where too often the large consultancies are just too expensive to use. We use a targeted approach to innovation, project management and business improvement that allows us to keep the cost to you as low as possible whilst maximising the benefit to your company.
Established in 2001 Pandora Consulting has striven to push back the boundaries of understanding in the Project Management field. With one of our partners in New Zealand we have developed the Design Breakdown Structure (DBS), which was originally targeted at projects with, or a need for, a lot of innovation. However, we have found that the DBS can be applied to most projects where 'innovation' is often much higher than has normally been accepted.
