Fast Five™

Pandora has developed Fast Five™ as a Six Sigma / Lean method for small and medium enterprises (SME). Fast Five™ leverages the core principle of Six Sigma; you can get 80% of the results for 20% of the effort.

Fast Five™ uses a specific sequence of methods each laying the foundations for both the process and cultural changes required to implement the next phase. As with both Six Sigma and Lean, Fast Five™ is an iterative process. However, unlike most other methods our clients learn as they go along and are capable of implementing the second and subsequent iterations with little no input from us.

The 'virtuous circle' nature of the Fast Five™ methodology allows your company to reuse the training we provide to maintain a programme of continuous improvement. It also means that your costs can be reduced as the input you need from us is reduced to e-mail or telephone based support, which is better for your bottom line and good for the environment.

The stepped nature of the Fast Five™ method gives options for training and implementation. The preferred approach is to train and implement each of the five steps in sequence, giving total control over the improvement process. The alternative is to have a single intensive training period covering all the techniques.
