Taking a step sideways

A recent project saw a client achieve a triple win with some radical thinking from Pandora Consulting.

Whilst aiding a client in introducing new production technology an opportunity was identified to apply this technology to another product. Despite the initial reluctance Pandora demonstrated that a mature low margin product could be revamped. The result was a 'new' higher performing product, which had not only a lower manufacturing cost, but also gave greater customer satisfaction.

WIN 1 - successful introduction of a new product (an improved old one) allows a company to improve its image as the technology leader
